Enemies are representations of the ailments plaguing the denizens of Hurtland. In Healing Mode, Princess Remedy applies her healing powers to restore people to health. At higher difficulty levels, enemies get stronger and/or behave differently. All enemies hurt Remedy on contact.

Bomb
Moves toward Remedy, exploding on contact and dealing her damage.
Glass
Moves around randomly.
Fire
Remains stationary while shooting projectiles at Remedy.
Breadcrumb
Remains stationary, only hurting Remedy if she touches it.
Bat
Moves around randomly, But it will move towards Remedy if she gets close to it.
Shadow
Moves forward until it hits an object, than moves clockwise.
Ghost
Slowly moves straight towards Remedy, while shooting projectiles.
Spring
Moves up and down, firing a shot at Remedy every few seconds.
Checkerboard
Moves around randomly, but shoots a projectile at Remedy.
Slime
If Remedy hits it, it will shoot at her as many times as she shot it. Otherwise it does nothing.
Sun
Moves toward Remedy, exploding on contact and dealing her damage. It's a stronger version of Bombs.
Toxic Waste
Moves around randomly as it shoots bolts at Remedy. The bolts go through walls.
Bone Pillar
Remains stationary while it fires bolt in a straight line. The bolts go through walls.
Puppet
Moves forward until it hits an object, than moves clockwise. It also fires bolts that go through walls. It's a stronger version of Shadow.
Hand
Moves straight towards Remedy while firing bolts that go through walls.
Heartbreak
Quickly moves around, firing bolts at Remedy that go through walls.
